Parker started kindergarten this year and Wyatt is doing preschool. I am homeschooling this year and so far it hasn't been too bad. It started out kind of crazy. Baden's sister Amy lives right next door and has boys the same ages as mine. So we thought it would be awesome to homeschool together. Well, all they really wanted to do was PLAY together not really LEARN together. We settled for recess together! It has been alot of fun. Although, some days are better than others, we seem to have found a happy medium. I really wanted to see Parker and Wyatt play better together. I thought homeschooling Parker this year would help close the 2 year gap and I have already seen improvements. What better friend can you ask for than your own brother?
Most of all it is fun watching them make the connections in the their brain when they learn something new. I guess it's their "Ah Ha !" moments.
