Baden is 30 ! !

October 24th was Baden's 30th birthday. Usually we don't do much for our birthdays but this year I wanted to do something special and fun for Baden since I love him so stinkin much and he is such a fun-loving guy. We had a halloween themed costume party since it was pretty close to halloween. The party was at Lorna and Brian's new house.(Thanks again guys!) Complete with spooky music, decor and disco ball. We served a veggie chili and yummy slices of french bread topped with green onions, sour cream and cheese for dinner. And I can't forget the home made root beer ( a Neilson family tradition). We made caramel apples and had a hula hoop tournament, costume contest, and a 'who knows Baden best' questionare.

What a HOTTIE!!

Happy Birthday (late sorry!!!), Baden! You're out of your 20's now!! And, I'm not too far behind you... What a fun birthday bash, Em! You did a great job getting that together. Who won the questionaire? Those apples look pretty loaded--I heard about Baden's "Bad Belly-ache"!

Baden was dressed as a gold miner and I was Glinda from the wizard of Oz. The apples were sooo loaded that no one could eat cake! Lucina and Lorna tied for questionare and then Lucina won the tie breaker.
