So we got our first snow October 5th. The boys had fun out on the deck(we don't have a yard). We watched frosty the snowman, drank hot cocoa and listened to christmas music. It melted and then snowed over and over for a few days and then it just got REAL cold.
Troy really wanted to go outside too. He was so curious and I couldn't hold him back at one point. He just crawled out in the snow and immediately started crying. Poor guy!
I would also like to mention for the last few weeks the daily high as been in the upper teens. Locals say that they haven't had a winter this cold so early in a long while. The news paper even mentioned the possibility of a mini ice age since we had an unusually cold summer and the snow on many glaciers did not melt this year. So what's all this about global warming?

What the heck?! That is so dang early! That is so cute how you made it fun for them and started listening to christmas music and stuff. Em, you are such a good mom! Poor little Troy...but so cute!
